We've loved
living in Lenexa and have found that our neighborhood is great, the schools are wonderful and there so are many
other benefits to being in this area. In addition to being close to I435, I35 and 69, Overland Park and
Olathe and downtown KC are easy to get to, and just minutes away. It's also a short (40 minute) drive to
the airport - just head north on 435. Here are some links to help you become familiar with our part of
Lenexa.

ASSOCIATION: Oak Hill is a vibrant suburban neighborhood in the heart of the City of Lenexa in Johnson

Historic Westport and the Power and Light District are always just a few minutes away.
The Oak Hill Homes Association was established in 1983, and has been active in the
neighborhood ever since. The Homes Association is dedicated to keeping Oak Hill a clean and friendly place to live.
We provide a pool, well maintained common areas and weekly trash collection. Parties and neighborhood activities
are also held regularly, and neighbors are encouraged to live, as well as celebrate
together.

Rising Star
Elementary:
A great Elementary
school located at the corner of 87th and Candlelight Lane, you can walk to school on nice days and enjoy
the walking path behind the school. With great music and art programs, excellent teachers and staff -
we've loved this school and the quality of education three of our children have
received.
Westridge Middle School: 7th and 8th Grades receive
preparation for high school while being able to take advantage of a great music
program.
West High School: A great
school with great music, arts and sports. We've had youth involved in the Bio-tech program, Marching and
area renowned jazz bands, drama programs, sports teams and a debate program that consistently produced
national qualifiers.
City of
Lenexa: With a population of approximately 45,000 - Lenexa is a
jewel in Johnson County. In the Summer of 2009, Money Magazine named Lenexa the 29th best small town in America,
and while often over-shadowed by neighboring cities, Lenexa offers the perfect mix of small town and
city benefits.
